1) Description:

WarCraft III HP View Helper emulates holding down "[" key (in WC3 this key is responsible for showing your units' hp) and/or "]" (shows enemy units' hp).

This utility has been created to help beginners playing WC3. It can be useful for beginners only, because experinced players hold down "Alt" key automatically, selecting targets for attack in battle. For beginners it can be useful to play or watch replays using w3hph, because it's easier to understand high level players' micro, when you see hp of units. I don't think using w3hph can be considered like a cheat or hack, because it doesn't help to win, it just helps to realise that micro in WC3 is extreamly important =)
